Shop Rules

A tattoo shop is a working environment, and therefore not a place for children.

Clients under the influence of alcohol and/ or other drugs will be refused.

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is not allowed inside the shop.

For individuals 17 or younger, parental consent is necessary. If we are in doubt about your age, we might ask for identification.

We do not tattoo people
under the age of 16.

Keep in mind that a tattoo shop
is a work environment.

This means that the artist must
be able to concentrate.

If you want to listen to music or watch movies on your phone, preferably bring earbuds.

Possible touch-ups can be made for FREE up until 1 & 1/2 month after your original tattoo appointment!

No deposit = no appointment.

Deposits are ‘non- refundable’ if cancellation is made less than 48h in advance. Deposits will be deducted from the total amount on the day of the appointment.

For larger tattoos, you may be asked to come to the studio for a discussion about the design.

For smaller tattoos, discussions are not necessary because they can be designed together with the client on the day itself.

The artist will show the official design on the day of the appointment.

If changes still need to be made to the design, we will do this together with the customer.

Aftercare

By taking care of your new tattoo, you have control over how beautiful it will remain!

Proper care during the healing process will ensure the BEST result.

During tattooing, your skin breaks down, subsequently causing a wound.

If you take good care of your tattoo, it will take about 2 weeks for it to heal depending on the size.

After your appointment, when your tattoo is done, our artist will be covering the area with cling film, you can remove this after 3 hours.

You can shower with a tattoo just ensure you do not rub perfumed soap or shampoo into it.

Treat the uncovered tattoo wound as follows (2x/day, morning (AM) and evening (PM):

1. Gently wash the tattoo with a PH-neutral, unperfuted soap and lukewarm water.

2. Using a clean towel, pat the tattoo until it is dry.

3. Lubricate the tattoo with a thin layer of a hydrating and healing cream.

We suggest BALM TATTOO BENELUX cream which can be bought at our studio!

During the healing process, make sure that you:

Do not touch your tattoo wound, or touch it as little as possible (make sure you wash your hands first before caring for your wound)

Do not scratch the tattoo wound

Do not cover the tattoo wound with tight or dirty clothes

Do not cover your tattoo wound with plasters or bandages

Do not expose the tattoo wound to sunlight or the tanning bed.

Avoid baths, swimming pools, saunas and steam baths

The tattooed skin remains very sensitive to sunlight even after healing. Therefore, always apply sunblock after it has healed.

HOW EXPENSIVE IS A TATTOO?

Every tattoo is different – we do not give standard prices. Since every tattoo is costumised by our artists to best fit your liking, it is not possible to determine, in advance, exactly how expensive your tattoo will be. Of course we offer to give you a price estimate based on your wishes.

HOW SHOULD I TAKE CARE OF MY TATTOO?

We always adhere to the official tattoo guidelines and measures of the GGD.

After having gotten your tattoo done, you will be explained how to take care of it, and you will additionally be given a document with all the information you might need.

You can always read all after-care information we suggest on our instagram profile.

DO YOU WORK BY APPOINTMENT?

We usually only work by appointment. However, drop-in appointments are always welcome and will be considered if there is an availability.

WITH OLD TATTOOS, OR |CAN I HAVE MY TATTOO [COVERED WITH YOU?

That depends a bit on what state the current tattoo is in. Send us a DM with a photo of your current tattoo, and what you would like to cover it with. Based on the current tattoo and your wishes, we will suggest you our best advice. Additionally, we might ask you to drop-by the shop if need be. If we think that a coverup will not deliver a nice result, we will of course be honest about this.
